Olympic Hockey (another problem)

first...is it normal for the "Center Bumper
Relay" to stay locked on once the power switch is flipped on? I don't
think that is normal, but I'm looking at the schematics...and I guess
if
the advance unit is in the correct position, it should be...please
let
me know if I'm correct...


second(my new problem)...when one of the "number 3 jet bumper" pull
down, the jet's coil pull down, then release, and the 10 point relay
and "number match step up" coil stay locked ok. Once the power to the
cab is cut, 10 points is counted...originally I thought it was a 10
DUEOS problem, but when one of the kickers(or a 10 point switch)
fires, 10 points is added without any problems...so I'm
confused...please
help.
