Re: Ebay Billing Issues???

I have no hatred for PayPal, but when a company employs deceptive
practices in order to squeeze out extra profit, that's a contemptible act.

BTW, I just got another notice today (the THIRD) that they can't process
payments through my credit card. Ironically, the credit card happens
to be a PayPal debit card that's been working for years.

OK, after having read many responses to this topic (I received this message from Ebay, too) and peoples' negative responses to the
whole situation that seem to all point to a hatred of Paypal....I have to wonder what the big deal is? I buy and sell quite a bit
on Ebay (mostly small, low-dollar stuff) and I love the convenience of Paypal. I realize when I'm selling that I will give up a
few bucks for that convenience and of course Ebay takes their fees (which I've always felt were quite reasonable considering the
marketplace they provide). I don't mean to hijack this thread too badly or to stir up a bunch of trouble...but most of the Ebay
and Paypal related messages I see on RGP always seem to make mountains out of molehills. I can understand people getting pissed
about a buyer or seller who flat-out rips you off or grossly misrepresents an item....but when Ebay bumps their listing fees up by
a nickel....LOOK OUT! Maybe I've got it all wrong or maybe I'm just a pushover....I definitely feel like I'm in the minority with
my opinions, though.

Sounds funny, but I haven't changed anything and now Ebay says that
they can't get thier fees out of my bank account, and they want me to
change to PayPal. That's interesting, because PayPal can pull from my
bank account without any trouble.

Anyone Else having this issue???
