tech help RFM

Just need a little help with an issue I'm having with my Revenge from
Mars. It seems that when some screens pop up with certain animations
on the monitor the audio makes a crackle sound. I've had an issue
with the ballast and have ordered a new one, but even with the ballast
unplugged I still get the crackle noise out of the speakers. Has
anyone experienced this with RFM before? Any help would be
appreciated.
