I've never gotten it to work using either 1.55 a few days ago, to 1.56
recently. I did understand that once you extract the 1.56 files,
then have to run the setup.exe and then use the Install button from

I had a similar problem when trying to get the newer DMD tables to
run. After many attempts of re-installing and re-pointing paths, I
finally extracted all files (Roms, Tables, Scripts) into the Rom
directory and that allowed me to add credits and start a game. On some
tables I had to hit the 7 key to get it to startup. Good luck, it's
alot of fun when it start working.

visual pinball program (vs mamewah launching everythinf for me) I get
the table to load then I hit play. At that point the table starts,
but it normally hidden behind the top visual pinball window, I select
outside of the visual pinball frame down towards the bottom and seem
to be able to switch the screen focus to the game which is there ready
to go.

Sounds like Jack is giving you the right advice.... if you see the
table and there are no errors, it's usually just a matter of clicking
on the table (and or the pinmame tab).... soon you will have lights
and action.... oh one other thing.... sometimes (usually only the
first time you run a table) you have to hit F3 to reboot Pinmame to
get the game rom going. this is key..
