I think it's the target market at the distributors - sure, they *Should* care that you are a potential customer, but the reality is that distributors are like operators: They would rather not sell anything to anyone that is going to nickel and dime them on items - operators especially will sell for hundreds of dollars less to people that NEVER call up to complain that _____ wasn't correct, or ______ was missing. Distributors are the same way. Don't be offended by this - all customers are equal just some are more equal than others..... find an arcade that has Spiderman and drop a couple bucks in it.
