Re: I just went to play SM at a local distributor and...

In article <I_Mri.16830$lZ7.15369@xxxxxxxxxxxx>, epg3 says...

Sorry, I assumed that you really weren't in the market. It is a pretty popular
move to use a local distributor to "try before you buy", and then turn around
and order the game you want from a national name and have it drop-shipped to
your house, saving a couple of hundred bucks.

Sadly, the market where I live (Cincinnati) is so dead we stopped being able to
even support a local distributor about 3 years ago when Atlas folded up shop.

I still maintain you can make a purchase decision with the currently running
software in the game though. They do a new release on that title every couple of
days, so anything loaded in there now is going to be pretty "preliminary"
anyway. Good luck on your decision either way!

I guess I was not clear enough.

1. They told me that it would be fixed tomorrow.
2. I said that I would be back to play it... So while you have it back in
the shop to be fixed could you please update the software to the latest
revision?

If that is too much to ask when I am considering spending 4k, well tought
***.
