I asked the service guy what version software it was running and he looked

Then he tells me.... He can't update the software because it's against
Stern's policy! So I called bull*** right there on the spot...LOL He was
not too happy.

I would let Stern know that they need to be informed when one of the
"official" distributors is clueless on how to market their products I
know if we pulled that with one of the mfgs we represent and they
found out there would be trouble.
