TECH: ToM CPU Issue

Based on the stuff below, should I just send the board in for repair,
or could this be a CPU issue...if so How could I test?


So I took another thorough look at the machine and here is what I
found:


1) Most important: the CPU LED's do not come on at all. DB J114 shows
12 V to the CPU. One battery was put in backwards. Wonder who could
have done THAT.
2) DB LED's that are on: 1, 5, 6, 7
3) DB LED's that are off: 4
4) DB LED's that do not (and never have) existed on the driver board:
2 & 3
5) DB TP voltages:
1 = 14
2 = 0.9
3 = 12
4 = 0
5 = 1.0
6 = 75
7 = 22
8 = 18


6) The LED's under the playfield are on.
7) Incoming Voltages at the door are OK (~12 & ~25 if I remember
correctly)
