Inadvertentluy we updated FGY with SM 1.4, noticed after reboot before
playing a game. Removed SM flash and installed FGY 11.0 had no ball

Make sure the coin door is totally shut..

That is not the problem. Door shut, nothing ejects from any
mechanism?? I really screwed something up. Didn't notice till the SM
attract sounds came from FGY when I brushed the flipper button.

try holding that switch in with your finger.. The one that the coin
door hits when shut.. That could be the problem.. You may have too
much play in your coin door when it is shut..- Hide quoted text -

High power is not disabled as the flippers work, just nothing ejects
from trough or TV.

Have you tried a factory reset?

Yes, I can but where is factory reset? and can I do that with 10.0
installed?


I don't own one but am taking an educated guess. You must have the
manual. Either check in it or go through the menus. There will be a
factory reset option in there.
