Come on Abby you sound like a sore loser.

How do you figure? I have a phone that has most of those feature
already.

The iphone looks cool as hell and you know it.

If you read my past posts, the only thing I've never argued is that
mac makes sweet looking hardware. It's what they do best.

It's not my call
whether it's worth $600, but it's freakin' sweet. Read the early
reviews of it, they are far from mixed. Most say it's got a few
shortcomings but is the coolest thing they've seen in a phone.

It's neat, but other phones do more, and mac has a poor track record
for first gen devices and durability. I've owned a lot of Mac products
in my life, it's not like I'm coming out of left field here.

Give it some time and see. I think in a few years once they work the
bugs out (and you can bet there will be many) it may prove worth
looking at again.

But of course, most people don't need half the features the iphone has
now, let alone a device like a Treo. Most people aren't using their
phone to remotely upgrade their servers, let alone just send an IM.

So for those people I am sure this is very exciting, to me it's a
flashy toy. And when I want a toy I pull out my Nintendo DS.
