Re: Dillon Tumbler Issues

Well, I just got off the phone with Tim over in the returns
department. Surprise! They already knew about the washer issue.
Talking to him before he gave me the impression they thought it was a
problem with the shaft. He said the manufacturer was installing the
washers in there incorrectly, and they thought they had the issue
resolved. I wish he had told me that the first time before I did all
this guess work.

So evidently it wasn't a weight or loading problem after all.
