If it's truly mint shape, I'd jump all over it. Be sure to take
a careful look at the two "drop holes" on the lower playfield.
Most of the pictures I've seen of this game show them being
pretty chewed up. The inside return lanes would be another
area to look at carefully. The "full playfield mylar" doesn't
cover that area and there are ball drops in that area.
I hadn't ever played the game IRL until my trip to PHoF about
a week and a half ago. However, it was probably the machine
I played the most while I was there (at least 20 plays). I own
both Stargate and Lights...Camera...Action. I wouldn't say
I'd prefer it over either of them, but it was a fun and funny
game to play. I'd probably buy it thinking I'd trade it at some
point for some other Gottlieb game of the same era that I
wanted to give a whirl for a while. I wouldn't consider it a
long term keeper for me, but I'm sure it would get a lot of
play while it was around.
Anyway, I hope that gives you something to work with. Be
sure to search the old posts for what people think of this title,
but also play it as much as you can and decide for yourself.
