Radio Shack makes a nice 120vac-25vdc transformer. You could also buy
a voltage regulator from them and step down the 25vdc to 5-6vdc.

I built a Bally MPU tester out of a computer power supply and added a
25v transformer so I would have gnd, +5, +12, and +24. Works great.
