If she likes Egyptian stuff, then Stargate is a no brainer- my gf
loves that game. If she is a basketball fan- I think NBA Fastbreak is
a great game that fits your criteria. It is very hard to win all 4
championship rings (near impossible I'd say) but the most basic
gameplay is very intuitive- it's basketball, the goal is to shoot
baskets, everybody understands this one very quickly.

I also think Roadshow is a great fun and pretty easy pin with all
kinds of features and toys. And it is very female-friendly. After all,
Red is the boss. Parts are definitely available for this one. Also the
scoring on this game is out of control, so even the worst players can
rack up half a billion points and feel good about themselves.
