The video means Nothing, they don't even know where it came from!
Where is all the black diesel smoke? I'm calling "Bull ***" on this
one.

After exhaust emission systems (in the past) introduced oxygen to
thoroughly burn any unburnt traces of fuel, AKA hydrocarbons. No
flames visible unless there was a major malfunction dumping fuel out
the exhaust valves. Oxygen sensors also measure oxygen content in the
exhaust, telling the computer how much fuel is going out with the
exhaust. There are even more emission controlls now.

You want a video with flames out the tail pipe? I'll get you a dozen
of them by lunch time easy. Any car you want.
