CMOS RAM acting up. The Liz used to have some good info on this, but the

I have a WPC Dracula pinball, and installed a new battery holder and
batteries and it will still not hold the memory. I checked all of my
solder joints and I am getting ~4.5 volts from corner to corner.
There is good conductivity to the traces that run from each corner
also. What else should I check?
