It means *something* was done to the game, for better or worse. Terminology
is meaningless, condition is everything.

I've seen some ebay auctions and other websites claiming the game has
been 'restored".
Looking at the machines..some have small chunks out of the cabinet or
head..some rust on the legs..etc.
Some even say the playfield has the typical worn/wear areas..and yet
it's been restored.
What exactly does "restored" mean to you?
