Twister Pinball not registering skill shot to center of spinning magnet

I have a twister pin that won't sense that the ball is on the magnet.
SO, it won't register skill shots, and it won't hold onto the balls at
the start of multiball. I have done the updates to the boards, i have
newer version proms installed, and it's driving me crazy. Anyone have
any ideas as to where the problem is? Thanks.
