Price Check please: LOTR production date 11/2005

Hello , Could some one tell me what the 2007 pice guide has a LOTR
production 11/2005 for. My 2006 price guide has it at $4300 and only
made 300. I was wondering if they have dropped in the price guide.
What would a fair price be for one? I was saving up for a FG but
stumbled on this LOTR. They say it is brand new they just took it out
of the box.
