No, you are wrong - Gene owns the rights to the artwork with the
caveat that he has to pay Cassandra Peterson a licensing fee. That is
one reason why Wayne's run of the artwork was collected up by Gene and
destroyed. The other reason was supposedly it wasn't up to snuff, but
they weren't that bad really.
WayNo did not secure the third party rights from Elvira, so he had no right
to produce anything.
And I doubt highly that Wayne owns
anything related to Popeye either, except the rights to manufacture
replacement parts for the Popeye pinball machine only, and likely only
those which don't use the likenesses which have been licensed from
King Entertainment, which is who I believe owns the Popeye franchise.
The wonderful world of copyright licensing and image use....enough to
drive a person to heavy drinking.

Just got off the phone with Wayne, He stated that they will take
credit card information for CC preorders but not ONE Credit card will
be billed until all of the MM's are shipped. LET ME REPEAT!
CC preorders will be taken, but no one will be billed for ANYTHING
until the medieval madness's are shipped!
The credit card info is for preorder information only. Customer
addresses, option information, game number, etc, etc.
The medieval madness pins are slated for beginning production next
month, as all of the parts have now arrived to manufacture the
machines.
Hmm.
1) Does that include the ramps and trough that he doesn't hold the patents
for?
2) Exactly where will the machines be "manufactured"?
3) How many countries will the money be trasnferred through before it stops?
More than three?

They should be built in batches of 25 at a time(approx) and
shipped 25 at a time, as opposed to waiting to ship all 1000 units. --
