Re: Has anyone ordered from Arcadeshop Amusements?

Steve has been doing business as Arcadeshop for many years; I did
plenty of business with him back when he used to be based out of
Raleigh NC, then finally had a chance to meet him (several times) when
he relocated to Moultrie, GA (I lived in Atlanta at the time) - great
guy, lots of stuff in stock, good service and very honest.

He's definitely right up there with the likes of Bob Roberts, though
Bob is a tough act to follow. : )

Kirb, I hear you on the leaf switch buttons. Most of the replacement
style ones I've bought were like that. That's why I always try to buy
the ones with the e-clip instead of the "can't take them apart"
design, and either swap the springs out, or remove them entirely,
depending on the application. I've noticed a lot of pinball buttons
didn't use springs, as they rely on the spring tension of the leaf
switch itself.

Anybody order from these guys? http://www.arcadeshop.com/parts.htm
Good, Bad, otherwise?

LMK,
Thanks,

Tim

I have ordered when I need arcade parts.
Like them
Would use again.

Not a big fan of the leaf-switch style buttons they have. The spring
inside is too strong and your fingers get sore after a little while. I
switched to the micro-switch style, but the clicking gets annoying.
