Left side GI is out. I put a new header on J121 and plug , new pins. Pin 9
is the problem on J121121. I've buzzed it out to the fuse and back to pin 6
on J115(which also has a new header).
With J121 disconnected I have power to the circuit. The moment I connect the
plug- nothing. J120 is not used on WCS so I think OK- cracked header pins
perhaps and plug into J120. The same problem.
Maybe the circuit is failing under load? So I short pin 9 to 10 on J121 and
the circuit works fine.
This cicuit was working after the plug repairs but I did notice it "flutter"
the other day. I can't make it flutter now.
Stumped again. Suggestions anyone? (I thought triac but I'd be surprised-
Clay has never replaced one)

I haven't really looked into it schematics-wise, but if you say you
shorted it and it works fine, but when you put the connector on, it
fails, my mind immediately starts to go down the path of bad pin,
incorrect color wire in incorrect hole (maybe accidentally moved it
over one) type scenarios. You said you put a new connector on. Check
your wire colors and pin numbers to ensure your not moved over or
incorrect.
