is closed. Fuse 111 test good. bulbs are good. TP7 is not reading 20V.
J107 connector is on and looks good. Before I order parts I want to
make sure I get the right ones. What I've read here is it is either
BR4 or C11 capacitor. Can someone confirm this.

I would bet on BR4. Had one test good in circuit, however it tested
bad out of circuit. Works great after I put in a new BR4.
