Tech TZ Flipper Alignment

Quick Question My flippers are fine in the down position but when up my
RIght one gets more height then Left.. Now i have new Cranks installed
on both flippers what would be causing this, in the down position i did
used a ToothPick in the rubber to properly do both flippers but 1 is
higher then the other

Any Tips would be great i check Google already and didnt really find
what i needed
