That is right. I cannot and will not please everyone and I am sick and
tired of responding to one sided posts.
Today, I got an email from someone who bought a stencil set. They
applied it outside in a wind storm, The stencil folded over on itself
and got ruined. Now they want me to replace the set. Watch for another
"NASTY" post and chargeback because I did not replace the stencil the
customer ruined while applying in the wind.
For those who have bought off me without issue, they will continue. For
the others who just can't be satisfied they won't. For every nasty
post, I get private emails of praise.

Yes and no, yes he should not get bogged down with a petty little grip
over $6.05, but he should do this by paying the $6.05 not by passing
his mistake on to his customer.
And no Erik is not an *** for simply wanting what he paid for in
the first place with no additional charges.
I sell on ebay and when I screw up I pay for the shipping, I have even
had times where I have refunded the whole cost of the item and shipping
and told the bidder to pay when the problem has been resolved just so
the understand that my first priority is making them happy.
My brother once quit a great paying job because he said that in his
opinion the companies (unwritten) moto was to "screw every customer
once" well he made the right move they were bankrupt within a year.
Again I look at the products from Classic Arcades and I am impressed
but his business plan leaves the door wide open for someone with the
right attitude to come along and eat his lunch.
