When I was trying to sell mine that also had mods (gold shooter, potd
ramp, gold leg bolts, all the fixes, a ton of extra men) I couldn't
even get $3200, nor get any trades I liked. So I ended up keeping it.
Hopefully you'll have better luck.

I'm in the market for a LOTR. In order to make room, I have to sell
either my ToM of my FH. In the past I would buy the LOTR first if I
found a good deal. But considering how slow the market sounds, I think
I'll sell a pin before I buy the new one. I'm afraid how long it will
take to sell a pin for a fair price ($2750-$3000 both with newly CC'd
PF's).

Bob,
I just sold my TOM & Vette this past week-end for the same 2 prices you
listed, The Market is not that Slow for games w/ Fair prices,
I Saw Craigs MrPinball Ad & with the Mods & things done to his I think
$3500.00 is to cheap, His wont last long , The games I see priced 5-6 K
& up are the slow Sellers.
My .25 cents worth.
