Win 98 can be used with an Ipod, you just have to purchase 3rd vendor
software. Both Xplay and Ephpod will allow win 98 to use an ipod.
However, as already mentioned, it is probably best to just upgrade your
windows. Hope this helps.

Don't know, but if you're using Win 98 you better upgrade. Micro$soft
stopped supporting it.
