Re: Instead of stencils, now I'm being threatened by Jeff McAfee

Private e-mail still works. Sad but true.

No, in this case it doesn't, because he just ignores them. The only way
to get his attention is by posting here. When it reaches that point,
however, and you've made him mad, then it becomes pointless to do much
except stand by, watch him draw a line in the dirt, and have him dare
you to knock the chip off of his shoulder. Such a shame.
There's another posting right now that is praising Jeff's work on some
decals and stuff, and I don't wish to demean it by saying bad things.
It's true, this hobby needs people who do the time consuming things
that it takes to make this stuff. But for chrissakes, do it
professionally, with pride of craftsmanship, and when it comes to
dealing with mistakes, do it honorably and in a businesslike fashion.
There is really no need to resort to this petty, childish crap,
dragging stuff out and playing little games. I appreciate all the
support from guys like miracleman who have obviously been there and
done that with Jeff. I think a little bit of kinship has been
established, like guys that go through boot camp together. Once you've
endured it together, you know, while all the others standing on the
perimeter say they just can't understand, they've never had a problem
with him. Your day will come eventually if you choose to deal with him.
I choose, like everyone else who he has burned, not to deal with him
any longer. And another thing - the next time I see someone damning
Wayne and praising Jeff in the same breath, I will not hesitate to tag
you as an imbecile and a hypocrite. Everything that jeff licenses from
him and sells is bringing him money. Which is great, I don't have a
problem with Wayne, I think everyone should be free to pursue their
livelihood how they wish, but for those who think he is bad for this
hobby and continue to support him by purchasing Jeff's products, then
there is no hope for you at all.
