I like how you go to Best Buy etc to buy the big screen TV and the one

one. I'm not sure what else Todd could do other than give his money
back - what does he want, extra money for his time and trouble?

Interestingly, pindude/bizman's feedback has one negative, for much the
same thing - asking questions after the fact vs. before pulling the
trigger on a bid.
