It would be helpful to know what the coating on the back is made of.
If it is a latex paint, you could use bleach, but I would be concerned
about the ink in the artwork. There should be something else though
that you could try to either change the color or leach it out. Maybe
Naptha to test if the stain is patroleum based? (like desolves like)
