Sorry about that.. If the filesystem is FAT32, you'll have problems,
if it's NTFS, that is fine and the permission error is something else.

Assuming you're running Windows 2000 or XP, the easiest way to check is
to click Start, then Run, then type CMD in the field and click OK.
This brings up a command prompt. Type CHKDSK and hit Enter. The first
line will tell you the type of file system of your C: drive. It will
run a basic disk check, but will not change or attempt to fix anything,
so this is OK.

If you're running Windows 98, you are using FAT32 (98 doesn't support
NTFS) and you're basically screwed :(

quotas are turned on on the local filesysem. "Permission denied" is a
local error, not bittorrent.
