Can't Remember PCB Manufacturer Overseas

I don't remember how long ago (it was a while), but there was a discussion
about where to get circuit boards made. Someone mentioned a manufacturer in
the UK or Belgium or somewhere. For the life of me, I cannot find the link
or thread to it. Does anyone have the link to the mfg over in that neck of
the woods? Thanks!
