Don't want to sound like a broken record, but... try IPA (Isopropyl
Alcohol). Compared to Goo Gone, it is much better, and completely
degreases the playffield, making it ready for clearcoat. It disolved
the 20 yr old glue from my Space Shuttle playfield without touching any
of the paint.
