Only question, why not ad rubber gromets in the screw holes
to prevent any further vibration???
As Martin said the resistors were the big problem on the OEM boards.
The surface mount resistors on Tony's boards are basically
vibration-proof. On the OEM boards the resistors drew more current and
got very hot. The heating and cooling each time the machine went on
and off does physical damage to the resistors and the solder joints
over time. Not to mention that a lot of the OEM boards were not
soldered properly to allow for resistor heat expansion...
