Mark, I said he is working on it, meaning he is working on
communicating in proper English etc as their may be somewhat of a
language barrier there - I'm not sure.

I have no issue with politely mentioning to the guy that he may want to
let a bit more time elapse between postings. What I *do* have an issue
with is the manner in which Aron did this. It was abrasive and
uncalled for. Aron may be fine in your book and is probably a good
guy, but he was out of line in jumping all over this guy and probably
succeeded in driving the guy away from the group.
