There is probably a relay with a make circuit on it that allows a pulse to
go thru to the score reels when said relay is locked in. You can get up to
5 pulses for one third turn of the motor. So the circuit that steps down
the bonus unit one notch for each third turn will have 4 places that allow
pulses to the reel. 2 places for the 2X relay activated by the saucer and
another 2 for the last ball doubling relay. Very simple! Motor switches
are cool!
