OK -- I jumpered Q85 to ground for the row and all lites in the row lit
up... Sooo, I guess its a bad TIP102 at Q85, rite?

I did the same for the column at Q95 and no dice.... Nothing... Now what
for the column?

Where's a good place to pick up TIP 102s???
