I doubt it. Never saw a System 11 CPU in an F-14. Check the serial number or white
sticker on it. Both have the game number on it. Early Pinbots used some modified
System 11 boards. The three diodes were soldered across the pins of the 7-segemt
LED together with a sticker from the factory which led is which.

the zeners are not really needed. Just an additional protection circuit which is
usually useless if the solenoid voltage get's into the switches.

Sound should work otherwise you have a defective CPU or bad roms. The soundcard is
usually ok but you can verify it buy attaching the volume pot and speaker directly
to the CPU. Speaker goes to J15 and pot to J16.

The first System 11 CPUs used in High Speed are incompatible with later
soundcards. See if you have a jumper W16 between the 7-segment and the flipper
enable relay. If it's there you are lucky. Otherwise the CPU will not reset the
B/G sound card. Reset pin on 1J12 is connected to another pin. It's not documented
in the schematics.
