Here's a thought- package the game for shipment the way *you* would want it
packaged if it was being shipped *to you*. Or, in other words, treat it
like you still own it. We do this with all the pins we ship, and even
though it takes a bit more effort sometimes, it pays off down the road- you
have a happier customer that is inclined to say nice things about you, and
you don't have to deal with shipping insurance claims or buying back a
damaged game....
An ounce of prevention...
