SF2 No DMD High voltage

Fired up my SF2 again after cleaning it and the DMD did not come on (it
did before). I checked the voltages at the display and it is missing
both high voltages. The rest of the game comes on and lights up. I
did try to coin it up and press the start button, but got nothing.

Could I be missing all my high voltage? What should I check if that is
the case?

Any clues are appreciated!
