It reflects years of lurking the 40k sites taking notes.

Imo, a single competent EDITOR would cure studio output of a world of
ills.

However, entertainment is still the job of the content creator.
Going with the lowest bidder isn't working out very well.
I mean for us - the bean counters are probably tickled.
