These are banned in a 'clarification' thread on one of the GW forums, but
since the rules-legitimacy of forum postings is generally roughly none,

OK, the first 3 I can see a way of doing (all to do with a vet sgt in
assault/bike squads taking terminator armour, and ignoring the T in the
armoury for the jumppack/bike because you're not taking them from the
armoury as the model already has them, but it's the sort of rules bending
that requires a large piece of 2x4 to try and rectify), but how the hell do
you get a "terminator with lascannon"? Page 27 of the SM codex states that
where upgrades are available (which the lascannon is in the squads that can
take it) that it can only be "given to ordinary unit members, not to a
character in the unit". To get terminator armour on a model in a squad that
can take a lascannon, you have to upgrade the sgt to a vet by giving him
terminator honours, at which point he becomes an Upgrade Character (it's the Character:
line in the unit that gives it away, as well as the definition of an Upgrade
Character in the rulebook) and so he is now a character, and can't be given
the lascannon. Ergo, you cannot get a terminator with a lascannon even with
the dodgy "taking the rules to the extremes" I've seen in the GW forums.
