PART 1 : Special Rules, Armoury, Wargear.

Mek's Tools:
Mek Tools consist of a variety of crude implements which can be used to
carry out makeshift battlefield repairs on damaged vehicles. If a Mek ends
his movement phase in base contact with any Ork vehicle which has suffered
an Immobilised or Armament Destroyed damage result, he may sacrifice his
shooting phase to attempt a repair. Roll a D6; if the result is a 6, the
damage result is no longer applied. Note that a Mek may only carry out a
single repair per turn to restore a vehicle's mobility or a single weapon
system.
In addition, the various cutting implements make for brutal improvised
weapons in the skilled hands of a Dok, and so a model equipped with Dok's
tools may ignore enemy armour saves in close combat. However Dok's Tools may
not be used in combination with any other weapons, and so a Dok cannot claim
the +1 Attack bonus for two single handed weapons if using Dok's Tools, nor
will he gain any other bonus in close combat (such as the Strength bonus
from a Big or Ooge Choppa or a Powwa Claw).
Cut&Paste has left you with Dok's tools in the second paragraph. I
like the added cc effects of both Dok's and Mek's tools.

- Tinbitz: Crudely grafted slabs of *** metal provide the patient with a
degree of protection from even the most powerful weapons. A model with
tinbitz gains an invulnerable save equal to its regular armour save. Tinbitz
may not be combined with Mega Arma.
Costing tinbitz will be tricky as its effect depends on the regular
armour save. Will also likely be very veryy attractive for all
characters.
Squighound:
A small creature with a loud, deep growl, a Squighound's job is to ensure
that Grots and Snotlings are more afraid of it than of the enemy guns! A
Runt'erda with a Squighound may re-roll any attempts to rally Grots or
Snotlings which have gone to ground.
This won't affect normal Ld test anymore?
Steel Skull:
Nice.
Tellyporta:
Nice, I guess, but I can't understand why every home brew ork list
contains tellyporta boyz.
Zzap Gunn:
D3 automatic hits, always wound on a 2+ and still AP2. Did the zzap
need such a large boost?
Bolt-on Combat Implements:
Ineresting, and a lot more attractive than how they currently work.
Grot Riggaz:
If you roll a 5+ in the last turn does it count as mobile when the
game is over? Since you have to roll every turn I think you can be
more generous than a 5+. How about a 4+?
Paint jobs
I like the idea, but point out that you can only take *one* paint job.
Otherwise some unscrupulous *** will take all three paint jobs...
