Do you pick one from the list, or can you choose to select any, all, or none
of them?

Hmm. Really not sure about this one. The semi-conscious dreamlike state that
WLs and WGs perceive the real universe in doesn't strike me as appropriate
to the level of intense concentration needed to utilise psychic powers.
Farseers use spirit stones as psychic energy reserves to cast an additional
power, the spirit isn't able to cast the power by itself.

OK, I can see this.

It has been pretty much stated the WL is going to become a monstrous
creature (which gets the ability as standard) anyway, so this is redundant
I'm afraid. Otherwise it would be a good idea.

Still 3 wounds and a 3+ save, I'm assuming?

Ooh, that's not nice. The WL is still Ld 10, I assume? Might be an idea to
specify you can't pick and choose your target models like Mind War (assuming
that is what you intend).

The way you've written this suggests a twin-linked shuricat on each arm. Is
that right?

What wing weapons do Titans get?

You might be right, actually.

OK, if you diversify the two units in other ways, then the WL getting more
shooty is less of an issue. WWs could do with boosting in other respects
though (movement rate seems an obvious place to begin.... Fleet, or a 9"
move, 9" assault, maybe, although either of those might feel odd on a
vehicle).
