I have provided free Go materials for over 1 year. Now, I think it's
time for me to stop.
I would not have shared those things if the price of go stuffs are
appropriate, i.e., 35$ for a book may seems normal to European,
however, that's too expensive comapring to normal book price in Asian.
Hence, everything here I just meant to provide enthuasiatic go players
who cant afford. BUT i think it's enough now. From now on, there's no
publicly go materials sharing.
Well, I will still share what I have to anyone who really get interest
in igo. Just send an email to me icluding these following information,
and I will send you the materials you need:
Name (optional)
Email (required) I will send you via this email
Nick of Go Server(required) your "nick" of "name_of_go_server"
Rank(required)
Here are some rules when you request go books , kifus and softwares:
1) Low kyu (from 12kyu up) cant request high kyu and dan-level
materials
2) Mid kyu cant request the book "How to break through shodan" and dan-
level materials
3) High kyu and dan can request anything.
4) Each person can only request the same material for 2 times only
5) For each request, I will send a link to download with a password.
The password will be expired after 2 days.
6) I only provide go materials for those who play on either KGS or
IGS.
Here are those players who I WONT send materials:
1) Those whose ranks with "?" or "-": your rank is not stable and
hence i cant determine your level.
2) Those whose ranks with "~" : I dont like people who are not willing
to play with weaker players.
3) Those whose accounts are registered less than 1 month: for example,
you request the materials on Feb 23, but ur account is registered on
Feb 2, then I WONT accept.
4) Those who are escapers --I will check your accounts.
5) Those who have not played go on go servers recently.
The reasons for 3,4 and 5 is I believe that those players WONT use the
materials appropriately for go studying only.
