OK, I'm going to set about writing a fair comparison article on the main goBy reviewing Goban (assuming you mean the OS X program 'Sente Goban') you enter the territory of a lot of free programs/server clients, programs like glGo, CGoban, CGoban 2, qGo, Drago etc.
software out there to date. Is there anything I'm missing outside of:
Goban
MasterGoPerhaps you should also include Kombilo, it's free and does pattern matching, an important feature of these three programs.
SmartGo
MoyoGo
Many Faces of GoAFAIK (I don't own a copy) GoGoD is not actually software, but a cd with a bunch of games, background information and a few utilities of which they have only written the SGF editor, the rest is third party software. This means it will be hard to compare 'GoGoD' to software, feature-wise.
GoGoD
Go++
BiGo
I want to review stuff that runs on the current Mac and Windows OS.
You said you only want to review commercial software with many features for now, I can understand that if I look at the free programs I have to use to get all the features I want ;) That is: GoGrinder for problems, Kombilo for pattern search, gobase.org for pattern search, qGo for editing, glGo for IGS, CGoban 2 for KGS and uligo for testing if I remembered a pro game well.
