Well, always look at the bright side: whenever you meet another Hikaru
or Sai you know probably you won't like them, and put them on your
killfile/censor list/foes at the first sign of displeasure.

With other screennames you might give them the benefit of doubt and keep
on reading and/or discussing (and suffering) for some time longer.
