I dont quite understand what you mean?

I'm not aware of any computer programs open source or not that are capable of making at least that level of sense in replying to someone else's witting. I am very interested in your elaboration on this

It's a computer generated reply, which is why it makes no informative
points and reads as if a 3rd grade high school student with brain
