Mutations in a list

I'm trying to compile a comprehensive list of mutations. I need to find
sources for them that have the mutation name and the game effect of the
mutation.

Now, here's the hard part. I'm blind, so I need to use digital sources of
them whenever possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
