Maybe. Until then, you keep him away from others and keep trying
to educate him on what it takes to be a productive member of society.
Perhaps he won't give a damned anyway and just kill anyway. I don't have
faith in a serial killer.
Ah... what part of "keep him away from others" didn't you get?
If you have him in custody, he ain't gonna kill anyone. And before
you claim that there's all kinds of murders going on in prisons
you'll note that murder in prisons is about 3 per 100,000 inmates
in 2002---in other words, not a lot. And if you look at the fast
downward trend in in-prison murders over the past 10 or so
years, we can expect even that number to decrease.
There are no numbers on how many serial killers commit
murder in prison but I'd be willing to bet it's nearly zero---if
we *know* the guys a *serial* killer, he's probably begin
watched that much more closely.
As for your faith, you don't appear to have ANY whatsoever.
I'm sorry for you there.
Sure, it can. It can also get you one more productive member of
society who can work on converting more of his kind.
Or you can get sick scum seeing you for a sucker to dupe.
I don't care how he sees me once he's incarcerated.
